Landenberg Church

We are struggling to leave summer behind us as we watch the
leaves falling and the weather changing. A lot of things are
changing in our world due to the economic state of our nation
and the struggles with the enviornment ,and our sons and
daughters fighting wars.

But God is a God of hope , mercy and love. He reminds us, in
the book of Jeremiah that He shows compassion and love and
hope. " For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord.
"They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a
future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)

The Landenberg Church Family welcomes you to our Sunday
morning worship at 10 a.m. Adult study at 9 a.m. ( you do not
have to be a bible scholar!) K-5th Christian Educ. at 10 am and
our youth meet every Sunday from 5:30 - 8 pm.
We invite you to come and hear a message for living in today's
society.

Landenberg Church's famous BBQ (just halves ) will take place on Saturday
October 10th from 11 - 2 pm We are also offering a bake sale

In our fellowship center:
Gentle Yoga classes on Tuesday mornings from 8:30 - 9:30. walk ins welcome
zumba exercise classes beginning in November ( watch for exact dates)
Thursday evenings beginning at 7:30 pm and Friday mornings at 9:45.

Jeremiah's Coffee House begins on Saturday Nov. 7th at 7 pm. We will feature
great local bands, good coffee and deserts and an opportunity to showcase your
talent at Open Mike time . The music will be wholesome/Chrisitan music and
our first guest is singer /songwriter Lori Citro.

This is an opportunity to get to know your neighbors and hang out right in
your neighborhood! All welcome

Guitar lessons for children are offered on Saturday mornings and adults on
Friday evenings. New Beginner's class is now forming. A$5.00 donation for the
church's music program is requested.

Intermediate guiarists meets Wednesdays at 9:00 am in our fellowship center.
